Job Summary. . We are looking for a freelance chef with 2+ years experience to join our chilli jams & hot sauces company. Ideally you have experience managing several cooking workstreams at once, from food prep to having several pots on the hob at once. We are looking for someone that is interested in consistent but flexible work, with 6-10 hour shifts at least twice per week, and who is interested in growing to manage a team of other chefs or sous chefs.. .
