  • Ensure accurate posting of charges.
  • Secure hotel premises during the night shift.
  • Handle late arrivals and early departures.
  • Support other departments with overnight requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness at the reception and lobby area.

What will you do?
  • Welcome and check in/check out guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Perform night audit procedures to balance daily financial transactions (room charges, food & beverage, other revenue).
  • Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports for management.
  • Monitor reservations, cancellations, and room availability.
  • Ensure accurate posting of room charges, payments, and adjustments.
  • Secure hotel premises during the night shift, maintaining safety and security protocols.
  • Handle late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows.
  • Support other departments with overnight requests when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception and lobby area.
