Responsibilities

• Be the first smile: greet, host and seat guests; manage queues and large groups with calm efficiency.
• Lead the host stand & the floor-own guest flow in and out of the venue and keep service humming.
• Take and run drink orders; jump in at the pass or bar when the shift needs a hand.
• Communicate clearly with Traders, bar and floor teams, and external partners to deliver great events.
• Use sound judgement to prioritise tasks and stay cool under pressure in a busy environment.
• Keep standards high: cleanliness, table turns, allergen awareness, basic POS/radio use, accurate handovers. Experience in a guest-facing role (high-volume a plus, not essential).
• A genuine passion for Exceptional Hospitality and creating memorable moments.
• Confident, warm communicator with problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
• Happy to roll up your sleeves and help beyond your section when the team needs you.
