You will collaborate with the Reception Manager, support the reception team, and utilize the latest technology to ensure guests have a great experience. This diverse and challenging role is responsible for working alongside the Reception Manager in ensuring the reception team are on point, all the time, ready to jump in to action, interact with our guests to use our latest technology and ensure they have a flawless experience.
