Job Overview

We’re looking for a personable, organized, and energetic Waiter/Waitress & Host to join our front‑of‑house team. This dual role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment and has experience using OpenTable to manage high‑demand service periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, managing waitlists and reservations using OpenTable.
• Deliver attentive and efficient table service.
• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders, including from the bar & takeaway.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and bar areas.
• Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and handle guest concerns gracefully.
• Support the team during peak hours with a positive, proactive attitude.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a café or dining environment preferred.
• Familiarity with OpenTable and ability to manage high‑volume.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy rushes.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Barista or basic bar experience is a plus.
