As part of our exciting growth plans, we’re introducing a brand-new role — Brand Host — dedicated to getting guests through the door and spreading the Slims love on the streets of central London.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the face of Slim Chickens outside our Leicester Square restaurant — engaging with the crowds, sharing samples or offers, chatting with tourists and locals, and driving that all‑important footfall. You’ll embody the energy, warmth, and Southern hospitality that Slims is famous for.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural people person – confident, friendly, and full of energy
• Someone who loves being outdoors and thrives in a busy environment
• A great communicator who can bring the Slims vibe to life
• Ideally, hospitality or retail experience (but attitude is everything!)
