Job summary

Haute Dolci Leicester is seeking a highly creative Video Editor & Content Producer to lead post‑production across a portfolio of hospitality brands. You’ll edit premium food and venue content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, with content shooting as a secondary capability.

Based in Leicester, you’ll travel to Bristol and Watford for shoots, with a strong showreel and at least 3 years’ experience in hospitality‑focused editing. Salary £26,000–£31,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' professional editing/content experience.
• Verifiable hospitality/food & beverage experience — essential.
• Strong showreel demonstrating editing prowess.
• Advanced short-form video editing ability.
• Excellent sense of pacing and storytelling.
• Strong colour-grading skills and audio design ability.
• Understanding of motion graphics.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and emerging formats.
• Professional shooting capability.
• Organised with large content libraries and deadlines.
• Strong creative judgement and ability to take feedback.
• Portfolio demonstration of relevant hospitality content.

Responsibilities

• Editing high‑impact Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
• Creating premium food and hospitality edits and opening hooks.
• Controlling pacing, colour grading, audio and captions.
• Shooting professional video and photography on shoots as needed.
• Repurposing long‑form footage into multiple short assets.
• Delivering variants for organic and paid campaigns.
• Formatting content for each social platform and timelines.
• Managing content libraries and meeting deadlines.
