Job summary

A leading training provider in London seeks an experienced Hospitality Tutor to deliver engaging training for adult learners aspiring to enter the hospitality sector. You will design sessions and support individuals in gaining confidence and qualifications. Ideal candidates should have sector experience and a minimum Level 3 teaching qualification. This position involves both in-person and online teaching, aiming to promote inclusivity and employability.

Overview

Hospitality Tutor - GLA Contract
Location: London / Field-Based
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

Pathway Group is on a mission to Change Lives Through Skills and Work. We're seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Tutor to deliver engaging, high-quality training to adult learners looking to build their skills and progress into sustainable employment within the hospitality sector.

Role

You'll design and deliver creative sessions at Level 1 and Level 2 that inspire learners from diverse backgrounds. Working within the GLA contract, you'll support individuals to gain confidence, achieve qualifications, and move into meaningful work.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver accredited and non-accredited hospitality training, both in person and online.
  • Support and motivate learners to achieve their goals through engaging, inclusive teaching.
  • Identify individual needs and set SMART targets to promote progress.
  • Complete all required administrative and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure learners receive the best support possible.
  • Promote employability and career opportunities within the hospitality industry.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
What you’ll bring
