Kent County Cricket Club, in partnership with Sodexo Group, is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor for a casual role within its fast-paced catering facility. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth service to guests, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of staff and delegating tasks to ensure optimal service.
• Servicing hospitality meeting rooms within agreed timescales.
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Answering questions and suggesting food and beverage options and related items.
• Completing and following all company mandatory health and safety requirements and training.
• Care about customer satisfaction to deliver the optimal client service experience.
