Mint People is seeking enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisors to join our events team across London and the South of England. You will oversee service, ensure staff operate with speed, accuracy and warmth, and help deliver memorable guest experiences.

This temporary role offers weekly pay, hourly rates between £13 and £17 depending on age and experience, and opportunities to progress within the hospitality industry while working at high-profile festivals and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising hospitality staff
• Ability to manage cash handling and tills
• Proven track record in fast-paced events

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the service, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
• Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the event is fully stocked at all times
• Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service
