Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Steward to join our team at Leuchars Station, KY16 0AA. You will support the day-to-day running of catering and bar services, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, operating bar facilities, handling cash, and maintaining clean, welcoming spaces. This role offers opportunities for training and progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 due to bar duties.
• Experience in hospitality, catering, bar work or customer service is desirable.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling cash and operating tills is advantageous.
• A flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices is desirable.
• A positive and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages in line with company standards.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer enquiries.
• Operating bar facilities and responsibly serving alcoholic beverages.
• Operating tills and processing payments accurately.
• Setting up and clearing dining and hospitality areas.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays.
• Maintaining cleanliness in front and back of house areas.
• Following food hygiene, licensing and health & safety procedures.
• Reporting stock shortages, maintenance issues and customer feedback to management.
• Supporting the wider team to deliver a high-quality service.
