Job summary

A renowned seafood restaurant group is seeking a Recruitment & People Coordinator based in Exeter. The role involves managing talent acquisition, supporting onboarding processes, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives across the company's locations in Devon and Dorset. The ideal candidate will possess CIPD level 5 or have equivalent experience in hospitality recruitment or HR, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Qualifications
