Holiday Inn Manchester Mediacityuk is seeking a receptionist to join the front desk team in a busy hotel environment. You will deliver courteous guest service, manage check-in/out, and respond to inquiries while maintaining professional standards.

The role is part-time (32 hours/week) with day/night shifts in a lively, fast-paced setting. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be an ambassador for excellent service, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations in a vibrant Salford

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience in front desk or hospitality is a plus.
