We are looking for an exceptional Hospitality Manager who is a creative, yet a results‑led individual, to drive the Hospitality business sitting within the wider Senior Management team. The ideal candidate will need to form and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, brands and the team, whilst consistently developing new and innovative concepts to improve the hospitality offering and deliver growth. The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for all three sites, the Fourth Floor Brasserie, Bar, Espresso Bar, plus be responsible for the Foodmarket and Wineshop. High and consistent standards need to be maintained, being responsible for team management and development, whilst delivering and ensuring luxury service to customers. The role will require you to communicate with the company’s wider business, key stakeholders, and instore teams, reporting on the progress of activations within the Leeds store.
The role will require you to be results driven, managing the hospitality budget and business costs to meet and pass revenue targets, ensuring maximum profitability. A creative flair is required, working with both the Head Chef and Brasserie / Bar Manager to develop frequently changing menus, in addition with external partners to evolve the hospitality offering.
This role is suitable for someone that has worked at a Senior Level within Hospitality and Operational eventing. This is a Senior Manager role within the Store and as such you will also be responsible for duty Manager shifts for the entire store, Retail and Support functions. You will :
