Job summary

The Manor, Edinburgh seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead a 74-bed residential, nursing and dementia home at The Manor Scotland. This role blends social care and hospitality, offering a rewarding career with opportunities for professional development within Caring Homes Group.

You will oversee dining, resident service and team coordination, ensuring high standards of service and comfort for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality service and making a difference in residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors by providing exceptional hospitality service.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring dietary needs and preferences of residents are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and common areas.
• Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with other hospitality-related tasks as needed.
