Hilton London Wembley is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the hotel’s maintenance team and ensure high-quality upkeep of the building and systems. You will guide daily operations, drive preventive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to keep guest areas safe and functional.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams on large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and life safety systems.
• Proven ability to schedule, assign and review preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop maintenance team members.
• Ensure facility safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and document work in the management system.
• Supervise external contractors and inspect work for quality and compliance.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain fixtures and fittings and perform preventive maintenance.
