Zusammenfassung

Brakspear’s in-house design team is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to work on characterful interiors for pubs, restaurants and inns, based in Henley-on-Thames. The role focuses on developing layouts, finishes and specifications from approved designs and delivering detailed drawings through to installation.

You will collaborate with the Head of Design, source furnishings and manage on-site coordination, aiming to bring distinctive spaces to life while meeting budgets and timelines.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of interior design experience, preferably pubs/restaurants/hotels/inns.
• Strong eye for materials and detail and ability to turn designs into finished spaces.
• Proficiency in technical drawing and coordination with contractors.

Aufgaben

• Develop layouts, finishes and specifications from agreed designs.
• Produce interior drawings, furniture/lighting plans and joinery details.
• Source furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting and accessories within budget.
• Prepare drawing packages and schedules for suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare and track budgets and propose alternatives where needed.
• Attend site meetings and resolve design/technical queries.
