Job summary

You will work within a design-driven studio that combines creative design with in-house manufacturing, delivering cohesive spaces across the UK.

The role emphasizes leadership, client communication, and the ability to develop concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials while coordinating with suppliers and production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality/interiors projects.
• Strong conceptual and design development skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and present to clients.
• Strong technical ability and detailing knowledge.
• Experience producing interior drawing packages and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• SketchUp or Revit knowledge beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Understanding of materials, finishes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept design and space planning across hospitality projects.
• Produce and present design proposals to clients.
• Develop mood boards, narratives, and presentation materials.
• Detail interior drawings, specs, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
• Produce presentation visuals and technical drawing packages.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and in-house manufacturing.
• Manage projects through delivery and installation stages.
• Support and mentor junior designers.
• Contribute to design standards and studio development.
