Job description

As a member of our hospitality team at Sixways Stadium, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to guests during matches and other events. You will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience by providing a high-quality drinks service, responding to guest enquiries, and maintaining a clean and well‑organised working environment.

  • Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests.
  • Take and accurately process orders in a timely manner.
  • Serve drinks in line with our high service standards.
  • Process payments accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about the stadium, events, and services.
  • Maintain clean and organised work areas, including bars, counters, and service stations.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down hospitality areas before and after events.
  • Monitor and replenish bar stock to ensure consistent availability.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
