Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, Eurest division, is looking for a Hospitality Assistant to be the face of our business and deliver exceptional customer service on a full-time contract (37.5 hours per week). You will join a team that takes pride in our food, brand and people.

You will work 5 days out of 7 in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to progress as we invest in our people and reward team members who go beyond the plate.

Here’s an idea of what your shift patterns will be: 5 out of 7 days

Please note: This role is contracted to weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted
• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
