• Proven management experience in hospitality (pub, bar, club or similar) essential.
• Strong understanding of labour control, stock management, and margins.
• Confident people manager with a hands-on approach.
• Commercially minded and well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day hospitality operations.
• Recruit, train, and lead a front-of-house and bar team.
• Produce staff rotas in line with sales forecasts and labour targets.
• Control wage costs as a percentage of turnover.
• Manage stock, ordering, GP, wastage, and shrinkage.
• Deliver events, functions, and private hire.
• Ensure excellent service standards and customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food safety.
