Job summary

Aramark in Sneaton, Whitby is seeking a reliable Welfare Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in welfare facilities for staff, visitors, and contractors.

You will work independently with excellent attention to detail and be able to follow our cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, and a strong work ethic alongside punctuality is valued.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain welfare facilities (offices, canteens, toilets, washrooms, changing areas).
• Empty bins and manage waste disposal.
• Replenish consumables (toilet paper, soap, towels, cleaning supplies).
• Ensure areas are tidy and hygienic to a high standard.
• Carry out routine cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitising).
• Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
