Job Title: Store Set-Up Team Member

Reports to: Area Manager / Store Manager

Pay: £12.25 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Store Set-Up Team Members to support the opening of new retail stores across the UK and Ireland. This role involves preparing stores for launch, ensuring everything is ready for customers on opening day.

You’ll work as part of a team to unpack, move, and display stock, set up fixtures, and maintain a safe and tidy workspace. This is a hands‑on position that requires physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and unpack deliveries of stock, placing items in correct locations on the shop floor and in stockrooms.
  • Dispose of packaging and materials safely, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with setting up fixtures such as shelving, rails, peg boards, and cabinets according to guidelines.
  • Follow instructions from managers and visual merchandising teams to arrange stock and displays.
  • Support stock movements and, where required, transport stock securely between nearby locations.
What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • Previous retail or shop floor experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of manual handling procedures is an advantage.
