Job Description

OurHospitality Assistant is paramount to ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued by providing high‑quality service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Maintaining standards, upholding health and safety regulations, and contributing effectively to the team through knowledge and experience in event operations.

  • Assist in working as One Team, projecting a willing and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients - maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Assist any other reasonable requests from Management or colleagues.
  • Cross skilling in all areas of the business such as Reception Services and operational duties.
  • Oversee Hospitality and Retail services including MOD Bar, Smart fridges and events.
  • To oversee and complete the set‑up, collection, presentation and break down of the hospitality service and offer within the Hospitality department - ensuring time constraints and quality are met to the highest of standards for our clients.
  • Ensure clients are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded, providing an excellent client service.
  • To co‑operate with all team members and undertake duties in the Hospitality department as required.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety and Food Safety policies, procedures, and protocols are adhered to.
  • Ensure due diligence and all accidents are reported to Management.
  • Adhere to any rotas/schedules laid down by Management.
