• Extensive, relevant vocational experience in a managerial role in hotels, pubs or restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Coaching learners on the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for their apprenticeships.
• Providing support, guidance and motivation to help learners achieve qualifications.
• Keeping clear records of learner progress and achievements.

Education

NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality

Level 3 Teaching qualification
