Eden Hotel Collection in the Midlands invites you to start your career through a Level 2 Hospitality Apprenticeship, delivered with HIT Training. You will be paid while you learn, joining a team at our award-winning boutique hotels and rotating through core departments from day one.

This Level 2 Hospitality Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with HIT Training, offers more than just a qualification. You’ll become a valued member of the Eden team from day one, earning while you learn, and rotating through core departments to discover your strengths and passion.

Instead of attending college weekly, your dedicated HIT trainer will visit your hotel to deliver bespoke, hands‑on training and one‑to‑one support - all while you gain real‑world experience in an award‑winning hospitality setting.

What You’ll Be Doing?

Over the course of your apprenticeship, you’ll:

• Begin by mastering food and beverage service - the heart of guest interaction.
• Rotate through departments including reception, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Gain confidence, transferable skills, and industry knowledge that lays the foundation for a successful hospitality career.
• Learn from experienced professionals in beautiful, dynamic hotel environments where no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For?

You don’t need previous experience – just a great attitude and a passion for hospitality.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to:

• Be enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Bring energy, curiosity, and a “can-do” mindset to every shift.
• Be comfortable working weekends – our hotels are at their best when they’re buzzing.

Our hotels are busiest on Friday - Sunday, and so you should be prepared to work regular weekends.
