HOSPITALITY AND EVENTS MANAGER

Join our dynamic Rose Court Events team as an Events and Hospitality Manager! We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to oversee and elevate our event experiences. If you have a seamless event planning, exceptional customer service, and a flair for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute diverse events, ensuring flawless logistics and memorable experiences.
  • Manage all aspects of hospitality, from guest services to catering, to exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Lead, train and motivate event staff, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our events.
  • Handle event budgets, tracking expenses, and maximizing cost efficiencies.
  • Implement and enforce safety and quality standards to uphold our brand reputation.
  • To assist with rota management and labour costings in accordance with budgets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Events Operation Manager within catering industry
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tasks.
