Path2 Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to work for our client, a nationally recognisable hospitality business, as a Guest Service Assistant at their hotel based in Middlesbrough.

Responsibilities

Our Guest Service Assistants are a vital part of our business and as a result the company has been voted in the top 20 places to work in Hospitality across the UK. Your day‑to‑day duties will consist of the following: welcoming guests on arrival, communicating with guests and ensuring their needs are met in a polite and friendly manner, working as part of the team to achieve collective goals, adapting to challenges in a fast‑paced environment and checking guests in with a focus on attention to detail.
