Job summary

Alliance Healthcare in Leeds is seeking a Warehouse Operative to handle picking, packing, and order processing across hospital, medical bulk, fridge and secure areas. Role requires accurate selection from pick documents and careful handling to avoid damage.

The position includes manual handling duties and requires good verbal and basic written communication, numeracy, and customer care. Sunday shift 08:00–14:00 with a rate of £12.96 per hour.

Qualifications

• Any previous experience of working in a warehouse environment would be highly desirable
• High Visual Accuracy

Responsibilities

• Where required must accurately assemble items from the pick documentation and ensure that the quantity picked is accurate.
• Special care must be taken to avoid damage and the appropriate bin/packaging used
• Picking of Hospital orders
• Special check orders are assembled and given to the special checker
• Medical Bulk orders, Fridge orders & Secure area picking
• Awareness of Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• The warehouse area must be kept clean and tidy and free from rubbish at all times.
