Qualifications

  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Valid Door Supervisor SIA License or military/police experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in security or similar fields.
  • Full clean UK driving license and own transport needed.

Responsibilities

  • Secure three NHS hospitals across Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield & Solihull.
  • Manage security across different sites as a team.
  • De-escalate incidents using conflict management skills.
  • Interact with staff and the public to ensure security adherence.
  • Patrol premises and monitor car parks.
  • Conduct searches and monitor CCTV.
