Job summary

North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Portering team member for Halton Hospital in Runcorn. The role supports imaging services with patient transfers and associated duties, working 7.5 hours daily, 9:30am–5:30pm, across five days per week.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Customer Care Level 2 or equivalent.
• Good Keyboard / IT Skills (ability to email).
• Able to drive and manoeuvre a tug with cages.

Responsibilities

• Transfer patients to Radiology from all areas of the hospital.
• Transfer of deceased patients to the mortuary.
