Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with current registration.
• ACPT encouraged to obtain if not already.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Will ing to rotate through dispensary and clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Dispensary and Clinical areas.
• Prepare, dispense and issue medicines including clinical trial products and CDs.
• Provide clinical and ward services under supervision of Lead Clinical Technician.
• Advise ward staff, patients and carers on pharmaceutical matters.
• Assist senior staff in training and coaching of support workers and student technicians.
• Contribute to daily organisation of the pharmacy and service delivery.
