Job summary

Prospect-Health is seeking a Pharmacist to join a hospital outpatient department in Cambridge. You will deliver safe, accurate pharmacy services and provide expert medication counselling within a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is essential.
• Hospital experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, accurate pharmacy services in a busy hospital outpatient setting.
• Provide expert medication counselling and patient support.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and pharmacists to optimise patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support stock management.
• Advise patients on medicines and healthcare products.
