Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Addenbrookes Hospital OPD. You will dispense prescriptions, provide patient counselling, and work with doctors and nurses to optimise patient care.

As a registered Pharmacist with GPhC, you will maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and support a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Hospital experience is preferred and relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Hospital setting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient care and safety.

• Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

Hourly Rate: Competitive with excellent benefits

Working Hours: 50 hours per week - negotiation available

Monday to Friday - 10 hours per day

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a talented and experienced pharmacist to join our team in the Addenbrookes Hospital OPD.

• Items dispensed per month: Average of 22,000
• Staff parking available but at a low cost
• Incredibly well supported, working with non-pharm manager and six pharmacists.

As a Pharmacist in one of Rowlands hospital branches you will be given extensive and specialist training as well as gaining exposure to the hospital pharmacy environment.
