• Experience in an Acute Hospital environment is preferred.
• Good communication skills in verbal, written, and IT.
• Willing to undertake additional training.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance tasks.
• Conduct emergency light testing and minor plumbing repairs.
• Maintain and repair Estates plant and equipment.

Basic Engineering / Building work

Mechanical or Electrical maintenance

Customer care

Ability to use hand/power tools

Education

Basic Building / Engineering qualifications to NVQ level 2 or 3

Good level of general education including English and Math
