This full-time position offers a competitive rate of £230 to £250 per day over a duration of 7 to 9 months.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-end projects is highly desirable.
• Hands-on knowledge across multiple trade disciplines is required.
• Lead on-site operations and coordinate trades effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Trades Personnel on site.
• Complete all final finishing works on the hospital's internal and external areas.
• Work through snag lists issued by site management.
