Job summary

A construction advisory firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced FF&E Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of Fixtures, Fittings & Equipment strategy across hospital construction schemes. The ideal candidate has significant experience in database development and governance, and will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards. This full-time position does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in database development and administration with large complex datasets.
• Strong experience in asset data capture validation and governance within large programmes.
• Understanding of Asset Information Requirements (AIR) and related BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of FF&E strategy across hospital construction schemes.
• Help schemes adopt the client FF&E Database and validate asset data.
• Develop APIs and data exchange standards for interoperability.
