Job summary

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a facilities bank role supporting cleaning and catering across the hospital. The position involves maintaining hygiene standards and daily interaction with colleagues, patients and visitors.

Shifts are across every day of the year including weekends, bank holidays and Christmas, with a compulsory four-week training period. Level 2 maths and English, or demonstrated English and maths, decide fit.

Qualifications

• Level 2 maths and English, or demonstrable effective spoken English and use of mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Support cleaning duties across the hospital.
• Support catering and patient feeding services.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with the Trust's standards.
• Apply food safety legislation and food hygiene standards.
• Work with team members, patients and visitors to provide a safe and effective service.
• Work in any area of the hospital as required.
