Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead the electrical engineering team at King’s College Hospital. You will oversee daily maintenance, testing and compliance across a high-acuity healthcare site, managing 5–6 engineers and critical power systems.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, supervising compliance with HTMs/HBNs, RAMS, permit-to-work, and coordinating with contractors to maintain uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent.
• 18th Edition BS 7671 awareness.
• C&G 2391 inspection & testing desirable.
• Hospital/healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team of 5–6 electrical maintenance engineers.
• Plan and assign reactive and PPM tasks; manage shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with HTMs/HBNs, RAMS and permit-to-work systems.
• Oversee maintenance of LV/HV distribution, UPS, generators and critical systems.
