A leading healthcare institution seeks a Domestic Supervisor in Liverpool. Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within a healthcare environment is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Flexibility for occasional late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of cleaning operations and health-and-safety procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Rota coordination of substantive and temporary staff to ensure seamless staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Office spreadsheets – proficient in Office Suite.
  • Supervise performance of staff, ensuring approved SOPs are followed.
  • Operate the team to the highest standards of customer care, safety and efficiency.
  • Cover absences within the supervision team and complete all relevant documentation.
  • Sanction domestic holidays, maintaining agreed levels per team.
  • Conduct general risk assessments for new tasks or areas.
