Your role at a glance:

• Inspire and lead a high-performing leadership team, embedding our values and behaviours in everything we do.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, GPs, NHS partners, and external bodies to drive a patient‑first culture.
• Champion operational excellence, financial performance, and quality care.
• Act as Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

About Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital:

• Located in Derriford, adjacent to our Devonshire Gym, our hospital has been part of the Plymouth community since 1971.
• 3 main theatres (2 laminar flow, 1 digital)
• A fully JAG‑accredited endoscopy suite
• A 35‑bed ward with private and shared bays
• 12 consulting rooms in our outpatient department
• Specialties including Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, and Neurosurgery
