Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Registered Pharmacist with GPhC.
• Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or working towards it.
• Previous experience as a hospital pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the antimicrobial stewardship MDT.
• Evaluate antimicrobial prescribing through research and audit.
• Support clinicians in review of antimicrobial prescribing.
• Provide expert input into root cause analysis of infection.
