A leading healthcare transportation provider based in Chichester is seeking a Hospital Ambulance Liaison Officer (HALO) to enhance patient flow between hospitals and operations teams. This full-time role requires excellent communication skills and prior healthcare experience. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with hospital staff and assist with patient queries. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Hospital Ambulance Liaison Officer (HALO) to join our team based at St Richard's Hospital (Chichester). The HALO position is key to help bridge the gap day‑to‑day between hospitals and our operations teams. You will be integrated within the central patient hubs (co‑ordination centres) and involved with site and bed meetings to understand the demands placed upon the hospital. In this role, you will assist with patient flows in the hospital environment. You will be the point of contact for escalation for your designated trust if they fall into a bed crisis acting as a liaison between hospital bed managers and EMED managers. You will assist with patient's queries, risk assessments and other tasks to support patient flow. This is a full time position working Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm working 37.5 hours per week.
