Job summary

A prominent NHS Trust in Manchester is seeking an Accuracy Checking Technician to join their pharmaceutical team. Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a busy dispensary.
  • Hospital experience is desirable.
  • Experience in clinical screening is favorable.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the delivery of exceptional pharmacy services.
  • Participate in inpatient, outpatient and discharge dispensing.
  • Perform final accuracy checks on prescriptions.
  • Operate with Trust electronic dispensing systems.
  • Undertake cytotoxic dispensing in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of controlled drugs.
