Qualifications

• Must maintain a professional attitude and communicate effectively.
• Minimum of one (1) year general nursing preferred with hospice experience.
• Understanding of Hospice philosophy and principles of death/dying.

Responsibilities

• Oversee primary caseload of Hospice patients.
• Provide skilled professional nursing care as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate to develop the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) plan of care.
