Urban Planters is seeking a motivated Horticulture Installation Technician to lead planting installations on exterior terraces, courtyards and green walls across London & Home Counties. You will receive deliveries, prepare planting schemes, and install them while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Join a busy, fast-paced team focused on landscape planting, indoor/outdoor schemes, and long-term maintenance handovers. The role offers stability, progression, and a supportive work culture.

Job description

Position: Horticulture Installation Technician

Location: London & Home Counties

Contract: Full Time 45 hours per week, Permanent, Start and finish times can be flexible but will be dependent on customer needs

Salary: Basic salary from £32,850 per annum.

Reporting To: Team Leader

Your main duties will include:

• Planting installations on exterior terraces, courtyards and green walls
• Receive and check deliveries
• Prepare, deliver and install planting schemes
• Maintain excellent customer relationships

The Role

To lead the planting installations and deliver new and upgraded planting schemes before being handed over to our maintenance team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Keen interest in horticulture industry
• Prior experience in planting or horticulture installations is desirable
• Knowledge of green walls and irrigation systems would be ideal but not essential
• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent service focused approach
