But there is so much more we want to do and this is where you come in.

We are seeking an Hon. Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees and play a central role in shaping the financial future of our foundation. This is a strategic and hands‑on position, supporting the Foundation Director and guiding the Board to ensure strong financial stewardship and sustainability.

You will provide clear financial oversight, advise on budgeting and planning, oversee annual accounts, and ensure robust processes and controls are in place. You’ll also be a key contributor to our Finance, Governance & Risk Committee and a valued voice in wider strategic decision-making.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has experience in charity finance, accounting or financial management
  • Understands budgeting, risk, and financial control
  • Communicates clearly and can translate financial insight into meaningful guidance
  • Is collaborative, thoughtful, and committed to our mission
Time Commitment:

Quarterly board meetings (online), one annual in‑person strategy day and ongoing support as needed. The role is voluntary, with reasonable expenses reimbursed.

This is a chance to shape impact at a national scale helping young people and disabled people discover confidence, purpose, teamwork, wellbeing and joy.
