Fashion Personnel is seeking an experienced Homeware Technologist to join our technical team on a permanent basis in the Greater London area. The role focuses on managing product quality, technical development and compliance across homeware and accessories ranges.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of product development, critical path management and experience working with suppliers to ensure quality.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in homeware or general merchandise product technology.
• Strong knowledge of product development and critical path management.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing product quality.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Understanding of product testing and compliance would be advantageous.

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure critical path deadlines are met.
• Review product testing, safety requirements and compliance documentation.
• Oversee quality control processes for developed and bought-in products.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in homeware, accessories or general merchandise product technology.
• Strong knowledge of product development and critical path management.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing product quality.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• An understanding of product testing and compliance would be advantageous.

Benefits include:
