£29,000 - £31,000 per annum
EF Education First is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Homestay Accommodation Manager to lead our accommodation operations at the EF Torquay International Language Campus.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee our homestay and private accommodation network, ensuring every student enjoys a true “home away from home” experience. You’ll manage and inspire a dedicated team, strengthen relationships with hosts and suppliers, and drive continuous improvements in quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will manage all aspects of our homestay programme including creating and implementing recruitment plans and marketing campaigns, analysing data to maximise ROI, onboarding & coaching of recruiters, telemarketing and database optimisation and providing service to our students & community of hosts.
