Permanent, Part Time (18.75 hours per week)

If so, we’d love to hear from you! At Stonewater, we’re passionate about delivering high‑quality services that support our communities. As a Homes Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in helping us maintain compliance across our homes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that provides centralised administrative support to the Homes Directorate. Your day‑to‑day work will involve liaising with internal teams and external contractors to ensure everything is delivered on time and within budget. You’ll help maintain our property data systems, ensuring records are up‑to‑date and compliant with audit and company policies. You’ll also support our responsive repairs, planned and cyclical works by managing documentation and coordinating with stakeholders. Whether it’s preparing performance reports, assisting with specialist projects, or helping colleagues with training and guidance, your contribution will help us deliver a service that’s efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused.
Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
